Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges as we follow a zero-waste & made-to-order strategy. Our strict quality control process ensures that our customers receive high-quality products.

Since all our products are made-to-order, they do not qualify for returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product delivered is damaged
  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • The wrong product was sent

If your order falls under any of the above categories, we will allow an exchange.

Exchange Policy

Products purchased on our website are only eligible for exchange if:

  1. An incorrect size or product was delivered. The product does not match the ordered size or measurements.
  2. The product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. Images will be required via email.

How to Request an Exchange

If your purchase meets the above criteria, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Exchange (Wrong item, defective piece, wrong size)

Our team will review the issue and respond within 48 working hours. If your exchange request is approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled, and a new piece will be shipped to you.

Important Notes

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email. Requests beyond this period will not be considered for exchange.
  • Color and Print Disclaimer: Actual product colors may vary due to screen settings. Minor variations in color, printing, or placement are not considered defects, as they are part of the handmade nature of our products. Such instances are not eligible for exchange.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests will not be entertained. Once an order is placed, we will not be able to modify or cancel it.
